Please note that a refundable damage deposit of GBP 150 is required upon check-in. Check-in is from14:00-18:30 Monday to Friday, and 14:00-16:00 Saturday to Sunday. Please note that the property does not have any on-site staff, and key collection must be within these office hours. If arriving between 18:30 and 09:00, self check-in can be arranged. For self check-in, guests must provide a mobile phone number to receive text-message instructions. If arriving at the property within office hours, please telephone the office (details on booking confirmation) and a member of staff will arrive within 10 minutes. Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
